This is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for creating your vehicles. That's pretty much all I can say about it, since Terras didn't provide me with more information, and I didn't quite have time to play with it. But it seems pretty extensive and thorough; I suggest you to try it a little and see what you get.

Terras is also currently working on a FileMaker Pro program for creating vehicles; given the program's capabilities, it promises a lot.
